Refund policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 35 days from the shipping date, please contact us. We’ll investigate and send a replacement if confirmed lost.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size Ordered

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size choice. Please double-check product descriptions, sizing guides, and images before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as intimate apparel, swimwear, or personal care items are non-returnable.
